Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a skilled Travel and Expense Analyst to join our Global Business Services team based in Manila. As a Senior Travel & Expense Representative, you will play a pivotal role in auditing employee expense claims and managing related inquiries. Frequent communication with employees will be essential as you enhance our Accounts Payables system and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit expense reports for policy compliance.
- Validate GL codes and cost centers in the ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and approvals.
- Reconcile unallocated payments.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
