Job Description

One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents as prior in our Metro sites

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
  • Good to Excellent Communications Skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about travel products, policies, and procedures.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, travel disruptions, and other challenges that may arise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of booking platforms, travel regulations, and industry trends.
