Job Description
(Customer Service Representative)
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to prescribed standards by client in handling clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service on every call.
- Answer participant questions, as well as talk to participants to achieve full understanding of what critical information is being asked.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum requirement is 1 year experience in using any GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, etc).
- Educational attainment: Must have completed at least 1 year in college.
- Must be willing to work onsite (Pasay-MOA) and be amenable to shifting schedules.
