Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- 18 years old and above
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month
