Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Booking Assistant (Non-Voice) to manage reservations via email and chat. The role involves booking flights, hotels, and transfers, issuing confirmations, and processing changes and refunds with accuracy and timeliness.
- Use GDS or online booking platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo experience is a plus) to verify fares and policy compliance.
- Ensure precise data entry, maintain clear written communication in English, and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Work independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
