Job Description
IGT is looking for a Travel Associate / Travel Consultant to provide customer service support by responding to chat/emails and receiving calls on customer concerns in a 24/7 support operations environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries
- Handle booking reservations, payment processing, and issuing travel documents
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Manage GDS bookings effectively
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience using GDS; Sabre and Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of GDS administration and troubleshooting
- Customer-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules in Alabang, Muntinlupa (Northgate)
