Job Description
We are searching for a highly organized and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that each client’s travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and tours.
- Provide recommendations and advice on travel destinations, attractions, and local culture.
- Handle reservations, ticketing, and payment processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new travel products.
