Job Description
Brief Description of Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Quotes, books, sells, finalizes, and coordinates air bookings for ships crews
- Booking, tickets must be quality checked for IATF and Airline covid restrictions
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients, travel vendors, and internal customers
- Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and emails
- Attends to operations efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be a graduate of any business course or its equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in travel industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
