Job Description
We invite you to become a key member of MetTech Technical Inc as a Travel GDS Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a dynamic environment.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
