Job Description
MetaCommunications is seeking a professional Travel Reservation Agent (Back Office) to manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include assisting with bookings, billing, technical issues, documenting interactions, and following established processes.
- Qualifications: Senior high school or higher; BPO experience optional; strong spoken and written English; basic computer skills.
- Work details: Full-time, permanent, on-site; shift work including weekends and holidays; fresh graduates welcome.
- Compensation & benefits: Php 18,00–25,00/month; leave, Christmas gift, flexible hours, free parking, gym access, health insurance, paid training, and promotion opportunities.
