Job Description
· Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails to match our vacation product with guests’ needs. Upsell where possible and contribute to sales initiatives.
· Develop a strong knowledge base about the brand and travel destinations.
· Identify and resolve customer issues effectively for optimal satisfaction.
· Collaborate with team members to meet goals and boost brand sales.
· Proactively follow up on sales leads to generate business.
· Cultivate relationships with guests, travel partners, and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
