Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team at Shroff International Travel Care, Inc. as a Travel & Tours Counselor/Consultant. As a counselor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert guidance to clients who are seeking assistance with their travel and tour arrangements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in selecting and booking travel packages that best suit their needs and preferences
- Providing information on various destinations, including attractions, accommodations, and transportation options
- Handling ticketing and reservation processes for flights, hotels, and other related services
- Offering guidance and recommendations for travel itineraries
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of travel industry trends, and a passion for helping others experience memorable journeys. Previous experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is preferred.
