Job Description
Position Summary:
Seeking a highly motivated Treasury Analyst that will serve as a key member of the Global Treasury Team. The key role of the Analyst will be to support cash operations and reporting utilized by our Treasury, Shared Services and Accounting teams.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, this is a hands-on role that requires interaction with various Regal Rexnord departments and global finance teams, including Accounting, Tax, Collections and Accounts Payable.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- The successful candidate will have proven experience in cash management and analysis. A successful candidate must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven, and continuous improvement environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with a multi-national corporation, accounting firm or bank.
- Must be able to analyze and resolve issues, multi-task, prioritize work assignments, and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.
- Treasury Management System experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Hyperion and OneStream a plus.

Major Responsibilities
- Performs Treasury cash functions, including daily cash positioning, electronic payment transfers and short-term investing and borrowing.
- Responsible for security administration within banking portals in accordance with our corporate policies regarding bank access and payment approvals.
- Treasury contact for Shared Services activities including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Accounting.
- Creates various monthly & quarterly Treasury reports & analysis.
- Utilizes the Treasury Management System (Treasury) and various banking platforms to track, monitor, evaluate and report on Journal Entries, cash balances and liquidity.
- Act as liaison between users, banks, Treasury system on production related issues.
- Assists with procedures and processes around month-end and quarter-close activity.
- Support Treasury process improvements and project work as assigned.
