Job Description
Brief Summary
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end transaction flow, including financial transactions recording.
- Reconcile bank deposits and payments.
- Prepare budgeted vs. actual expenses reports.
- Release funds for approved transactions.
- Ensure expense compliance with policies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or treasury.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge in NetSuite or accounting software preferred.
- Understanding of financial regulations.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
