Job Description
Prepares daily Collection Report.
Prepares, updates and monitors the Inventory List of PDC.
Prepares, updates and monitors the Schedule of Collections without PDC.
Monitors post-dated checks.
Monitors collections without PDC.
Receives payments and issued corresponding receipts.
Checks Customer Information Sheet and Reservation Agreement prior acceptance of reservation payment.
Facilitates bank deposits.
Facilitates checks warehousing.
Monitors returned-checks disposition.
Prepares request for deferment of check deposit.
Prepares transmittal slip of Official Receipts (duplicate copy) and forwarding of the same to Documentations.
Issues check payments.
Custodian of bank check booklets.
Custodian of unreleased checks.
Custodian of the site’s revolving fund.
Replenishes the site’s revolving fund.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
