Job Description
We’re looking for a Treasury Assistant to join our team. If you are a motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in your career, then this is the role for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare issuance of certificate of withholding tax of supplier.
- Releasing of supplier’s check every Friday.
- Monitor petty cash request from the branches.
- Check petty cash replenishment.
- Prepare voucher for petty cash replenishment request daily.
- Any task related to petty cash.
- Receive and check request for payment.
- Checking of invoices.
Requirements And Skills:
- Degree in Financial Management, Accountancy, or any Financial related courses.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Well organized, keen to details, and with time management skills.
- Trustworthy.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and systems.
- Perform other clerical duties as necessary or other tasks that may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
