Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists Treasury Manager with the Company’s treasury activities
- Preparing and communicating daily banking activity reports
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies with cash transactions
- Documenting all money transactions for each day
- Receives checks from Sales Admin for bank posting
- Reconciling bank deposits and payments
- Maintaining financial records, cash logs, and spreadsheets
- Processing treasury payments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance
- Previous experience working as Treasury Assistant
- Proficient with bookkeeping and SAP Application
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to remain focused for extended periods
- Above average communication skills both in written and oral
- Strong attention to details
- Above average computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
