Job Description
Downloading daily bank statement and maintaining cash position report to the management.
Providing support to the Accounts Payable group in their payment scheduling process based on fund availability and bank selection.
Performing forward cover of payable in case of currency devaluation.
Executing actual payments of foreign payables and sending payment remittance notices to principals. Recording transactions in the system.
Selecting banks for duties and taxes payments to brokers.
Ensuring balance between book and bank records through monthly cash reconciliation.
Managing the company’s Petty Cash fund and short-term fund placements under Finance and Accounting supervision.
Other duties as assigned.
