Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer service management
- Category building:
- Accountable for category sales achievement
- Ensure 100% customer service level
- Ensure implementation of WalterMart standards
- Safety and sanitation of the category
- Implement first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- Bad order management
- Timely and accurate execution of promotions
- Update shelf tags
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
- Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in store management
- Amenable to work at WalterMart San Pascual Batangas
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month Benefits:
