Job Description
Help or assist the TREASURY in:
- Receives and review approved APV’s from Accounts Payable.
- Stamps all CV’s and attachments “PAID” immediately after supplier/s representative receives payment from PPI and endorses processed APVs to Accounting Department.
- Filing and update the Disbursement Monitoring.
- Sorting the APV for Treasury processing.
- Scan the validation of the deposit slip.
- Answer telephone calls.
Qualifications:
- 4th Year graduating student of any business course
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
