Job Description
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Liaise with external vendors for smooth processing of payments
- Manage client fund requests and reconciliations
- Maintain process documentation and set up new payees
- Assist in implementing new customers and perform ad hoc duties
Attributes and Experience Required:
- High level of customer service skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and collaborate effectively
- Adaptability to new processes and technologies
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and payroll/treasury experience advantageous
