Job Description
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Any Business Course
- Newly Graduates are welcome to apply
- This position will be hired under the Agency
Job Details:
- Prepares acknowledgement receipts.
- Responsible for filling up documents for opening, updating, and closing of bank accounts.
- Sort vouchers for distribution to bookkeepers.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute official receipts.
- Sort and file documents for proper storage.
- Transmits checks, correspondence, and documents to branches, banks, and other business associates.
- Give the checks to suppliers/collectors on days of releasing and ensure the correctness of ORs received.
- Monitors the checks and documents for the signature of signatories.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
