Job Description
- Recommends improvement in standard operating procedure.
- Checks Temporary Journal Entries, RPV, and Vouchers for cashiering.
- Cash counts for the Head Office Cashier.
- Monitors LC status for import transactions and prepares expense summaries.
- Prepares/monitors account receivables and revenue aging.
- Checks monthly bank reconciliation and Journal Vouchers.
- Prepares company External Audit Form (EAF) and car loan monitoring.
- Collates weekly expenses projections for funding purposes.
- Monitors credit line renewal with banks and Customs accreditation.
- Checks Bank Reconciliation Items with Journal Vouchers.
- Prepares forecasted expenses aligned with approved budgets.
- Prepares Cash Position Report weekly and monthly.
- Acts as Treasury Manager in their absence.
