Job Description
Bridges Framework Consultancy Co. is hiring a full-time Truck Dispatcher based in Silang, Cavite. The Dispatcher will coordinate driver schedules, ensure timely pickups and deliveries, track and report shipment statuses, maintain driver communication, and handle customer issues. Additional duties include recording logistics data and generating reports, ensuring transport compliance, monitoring driver performance and safety, coordinating inspections and repairs, assisting with loading/unloading as needed, and providing emergency dispatch and route support.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); accounting software experience is a plus; strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; ability to learn internal processes quickly.
- In-person role with benefits including company events, flextime, and paid training.
