Job Description
We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Trust and Safety | Content Moderation – Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our users and maintaining high standards for content moderation.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of content moderators, establishing guidelines and procedures for content moderation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and implement effective strategies to improve trust and safety measures.
We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of content moderation practices. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in trust and safety operations, preferably in a fast-paced online platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of content moderators and provide feedback, guidance, and support
- Develop and enforce content moderation guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish efficient processes and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to trust and safety
- Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to drive improvements
