Job Description
A Trust and Safety Moderator is responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online platform. As a moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and prevent the spread of harmful or inappropriate content. This position requires a strong understanding of online safety principles and the ability to make objective decisions quickly. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving user reports and escalations. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information are essential for this role.
