Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. Positions include Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Sales/Retail Representative, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain professionalism.
  • Be knowledgeable about company products and policies.
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Able to attend onsite interviews in Ortigas.
  • Fluent/basic English.
  • Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
  • Minimum of High School graduate.
  • Strong English language skills and active listening abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Previous customer service experience.
