Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. Positions include Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Sales/Retail Representative, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain professionalism.
- Be knowledgeable about company products and policies.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Able to attend onsite interviews in Ortigas.
- Fluent/basic English.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- Minimum of High School graduate.
- Strong English language skills and active listening abilities.
