Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. List of vacant positions available for hiring:

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Technical Support Representative
  • Sales/Retail Representative
  • Travel and Hotel Associate
  • Healthcare Specialist
  • Financial Associate
  • Telemarketer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide accurate solutions, and maintain professionalism with empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Onsite interview in Ortigas (for Interview only)
  • Conversant in basic English
  • Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
  • 18 years old and above (at least HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE)
  • Conversant in English
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy
