Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries and assist clients with booking travel arrangements
- Provide advice on destinations and handle customer complaints
- Achieve performance targets for customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, excellent communication skills
- No experience required, problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of travel products and technology is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
