Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php25,00.00 per month with Sapient Global Services – Cainta. We are urgently looking for Tech Support Representatives to provide technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues
- Communicate technical information clearly
- Escalate issues to internal technical teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and provide reports
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, tech coursework preferred
- No experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
