Requirements:
- At least 1 year web hosting experience
- Experience in email troubleshooting
- Completed at least 2nd year college
- Can start asap
- Technical Skills: Expertise in web hosting technologies like WordPress, PHP, MySQL, SSH, FTP, SFTP, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
Job Description:
- Resolving customer issues through chat
- Identifying customer needs
- Providing cutting-edge solutions confidently
- Staying updated on industry processes
- Conducting data entry and documentation
- Working within a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 to Php30,00.00 /month
