Job Description
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2. 1-2 years experience in turnover and inventory maintenance in property management
3. Proficiency in move-in-and move-out inspections, repairs coordination
4. Experience in inventory management systems and procedures
5. Knowledge of lease agreements, tenant relations, and maintenance problem-solving
6. Fast learner, self-motivated, able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
