Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Draw accurate loan documents using specified terms and conditions.
- Review and verify lock information and payment sheet data.
- Run compliance tests to ensure loan meets regulations.
- Maintain understanding of state and federal laws related to compliance.
SKILLS
- Effective communication skills.
- Manual dexterity to operate computer terminal.
- Customer relation skills.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in Drawing US Mortgage Loan Documents.
- 4-year college degree related to the position is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
- Fixed night shift, 2 days off a week.
- Benefits include Night Differential, Insurance, HMO, and more.
- Comprehensive trainings provided.
- Salary Range: Php28,00 – Php30,00 per month.
