Job Description
We are seeking a UKG Payroll Business Analyst to optimize payroll processes and support UKG implementations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring UKG payroll modules, validating data, executing testing, troubleshooting issues, and producing accurate payroll reports. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure compliance with payroll regulations and robust integrations.
- Required: strong analytical skills; experience with UKG/UKG Pro or Workforce Central; payroll domain knowledge; SQL and advanced Excel proficiency; excellent communication.
- Preferred: prior payroll implementation or support experience and meticulous attention to detail.
