Job Description
Thurston Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Underwriter Support to assist with data entry, research, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing top-notch service to clients via email and Monday Boards, addressing inquiries regarding policy statuses and billing errors, and ensuring accurate updates to client information. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in insurance preferred. Must be willing to work a night shift on-site in San Juan City.
