Job Description
ADEC Innovations is seeking an Underwriting Specialist to enhance the performance of our production channel. This key position involves reviewing loan applications, communicating with applicants, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with lending protocols.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify loan applications and necessary documentation.
- Communicate with applicants regarding their application status.
- Analyze financial statements and assess risks.
- Stay updated on client lending protocols.
- Reconcile credit files to identify discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields.
- Above-average analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
