Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and effectively servicing customers’ daily identity verification submissions, focusing on the quality of the information provided. He/she should demonstrate understanding of the anti-fraud guidelines and lending policies and be able to appropriately use this knowledge during their daily functions.

Responsibilities:

• Review personal loan applications with precision in a high-volume environment.
• Review and verify information such as personal ID and possible alternative data to determine the creditworthiness of the applicant.
• Interact with customers over the phone to verify their identity and identify potential fraud activities.
• Support auto-underwriting system by identifying, classifying, labeling, and evaluating each application case.
• Keep issued equipment operational by following instructions and established procedures.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing and achieving the set target.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding of customer lending business.
• Able to operate computer and MS Office and adapt to new technology in work.
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedule (09:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00) and even on holidays.
• Able to handle customer complaints.
• Able to work comfortably under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Underwriting: 1 year (Preferred)
