Job Description
b) 3-5 years experience in Building Maintenance or in Construction;
c) Structural analysis skills;
d) Computer Skills (MS Office, Autocadd, Revit, etc.);
e) Cost estimations;
f) Construction/Project Management;
g) Comprehensive Maintenance planning (plumbing, tap water line, sprinkler system, etc.)
b) Critical thinking;
c) Safety Management;
d) Team player, leadership qualities;
e) Time management and project management
