The Shopping Account Representative provides exceptional customer service, handles inquiries, processes transactions, and resolves issues via phone, email, and chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, details, and recommendations.
- Monitor orders, provide updates, and troubleshoot any issues.
- Follow call center protocols and quality standards.
