Job Description
Vonas Media is looking for a part-time administrative assistant proficient in internal administrative tasks such as managing finances, HR, recruitment, communication, and task management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Handling team accounting
- Initiating payroll
- Managing databases
- Facilitating document transfer
Skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Communication or Business Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in management, IT, or business
- Tech-savvy and proficient in software
- Excellent English proficiency
- Knowledge of accounting and finances
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with databases and task management systems
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
