Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in administrative or customer service functions is required for this position.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience specializing in Customer Service-related or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet service level standards for New Business processing and office administration.
- Provide timely customer service support for after-sales requests.
- Accurate processing of transactions and premium collections.
- Effective customer and distributor service.
- Branch office facilities upkeep and distributor relationship management.
- Perform other required functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php22,00.00 per month
