Essential Duties:
- Hire and coach a team of 12-15 agents.
- Identify and reinforce positive sales behaviors.
- Deliver performance results and quality assurance.

- 1 year of managing Outbound or Inbound Sales campaigns.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and start ASAP.
