Job Description
Health Care CSR is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare or life insurance sectors. This full-time position is located in BGC and offers a hybrid work setup. In this role, you will assist clients by providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in an efficient manner.
The competitive salary ranges from ₱18,00 to ₱27,00, alongside a fixed travel allowance of ₱4,200 and a 10% night shift differential for applicable hours. Ideal candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications.
