Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in all operational activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues as needed, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Ensuring new employees are properly trained.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the same role.
- Ensure operational objectives are met.
- Possess leadership and analytical skills.
- Results-driven and provides excellent customer satisfaction.
- Can start as soon as possible.
