Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet company’s technical hiring needs.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and preferences.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, including software development, engineering, and data analysis.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills and aptitude.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
