Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Supervisor to join our team. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Overseeing employee engagement initiatives
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in HR management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
