Job Description
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join ProjectEngage Inc. as a Return Goods Admin. The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have experience in Customer Service or Operations Management.
Key responsibilities include processing customer returns, coordinating with service teams, investigating return reasons, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a pay rate of Php18,00.00 per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with overtime as required. Candidates from Dagupan City, Pangasinan, are preferred.
