Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as the US Accounting Director for our growing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Firm.

The US Accounting Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of our US-based clients. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for financial matters.
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on US GAAP.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of BPO industry and related accounting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
