Job Description
IQ BackOffice is looking for a meticulous US Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments, ensuring efficient and professional communication. You will also address escalated issues, maintain precise records, and work collaboratively with the Accounts Payable processing team to ensure compliance with company policies.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline, demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, and be proficient in email management systems. Familiarity with SAP and AS400 software is an advantage.
