Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a US Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of orders to our customers in the United States.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and verifying incoming orders
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring product availability
- Collaborating with various internal teams to resolve any shipping or order-related issues
- Maintaining accurate records of shipped orders and inventory
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in order fulfillment or logistics is preferred but not required.
